Performance Marketing (Content) - Intern

Overview

A six-month onsite internship in Bengaluru focused on performance marketing content: writing and testing ads that drive app downloads and first purchases. The role carries end-to-end ownership of creative performance and may convert to a full-time role based on performance.

What you'll do

• Study the audience, market and competition for each app, and decide the angle, hook, format and script for ads.
• Write ad copy and scripts yourself, and brief designers and video editors on concepts until outputs match your intent.
• Ship multiple creative variants per campaign (80-100 per week).
• Run A/B tests, read the results and decide what to try next.
• Track what is working in each market and ensure creative feels native to each audience.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of performance marketing content or growth marketing.
• Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills in English.
• Understanding of performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CPI, CTR.
• Experience working with creative and video teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Regional language copywriting skills.
