Performance Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Overview

Performance Reporting & Analytics Analyst responsible for global performance reporting, analytics, and insights for multiple stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Execute and deliver global performance reports and insights for sales, brand performance down to contribution margin, and related areas.
• Provide ad hoc performance analyses on strategic themes supporting Categories and HET.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable outputs for senior stakeholders and support deployment of market insights.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions such as templates, decks, and visualization capabilities to improve accessibility and consistency.
• Promote automated reporting tools and recommend updates to optimize existing reports and features for new reports.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to maintain consistency of reporting and support a “one version of the truth” approach.
• Work with Finance Transformation and Tech to drive fit-for-purpose technology enablement of analytics.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or market data analysis within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern data technologies and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to clearly present complex data insights and generate actionable insights.
• Experience communicating and messaging tailored to a senior audience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fast-paced, matrixed organizations and influencing decision-makers.
