Planisware IS Technology Specialist-1

Overview

Planisware IS Technology Specialist-1 role supporting an IS project management domain through service installation, optimization, and technical expertise.

What you'll do

• Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility.
• Identify, consolidate, and report inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Review requirements and specifications to determine actions within your scope.
• Install and test new versions and coordinate resolution of service problems.
• Act as a key knowledge resource for services and solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.

What you'll need

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of digital solutions including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide user training and ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and improve system usability.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to understand customer needs and support pre-sales activities.
• Use technical expertise in Planisware, Linux/Windows servers, PostgreSQL/MS-SQL, IIS, and Azure DevOps.
• Apply scripting skills (Bash, Planisware) for system optimization and automation.
• Gather feedback, suggest enhancements, and support release management, monitoring, and continuous delivery.

• Reports to: IS Service Owner-Project Management tool.
• Main stakeholder: IS service owner for the project management domain.
