Platform Engineer

Overview

Platform Engineer responsible for operating, administering, configuring, developing, and improving the ServiceNow platform across enterprise business processes.

What you'll do

• Support, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, Mid-servers, and integration points.
• Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions with business and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot incidents, bugs, defects, and user issues.
• Develop enhancements, reports, documentation, and ServiceNow code for releases, upgrades, and clones.
• Monitor platform health, usage, compliance, and service-delivery KPIs.
• Define technical designs, evaluate improvements, and support the platform roadmap.
• Train junior team members on ServiceNow subject matter.

What you'll need

• 3–4 years of ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development experience in a medium or large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• 1–2+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow applications, scripting, integrations, data migration, update sets, cloning, patching, and upgrades.
• Agile and Scrum experience with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Accounts Payable Operations experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
