Platform Engineer – Enterprise Golden Paths & Automated Governance

Overview

Platform Engineer role focused on building reusable “Golden Paths” for secure, automated software delivery across an enterprise.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and version shared GitHub Actions and standardized delivery templates for secure automation.
• Build and maintain secure, modular Terraform modules and versioned IaC assets for reuse.
• Embed DevSecOps controls (SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM generation, and supply chain protections) into default workflows.
• Create scalable, resilient CI/CD patterns aligned to enterprise standards, applying least privilege.
• Develop automation services and internal tooling in Python or Golang for secure onboarding and quality checks.
• Contribute to multi-environment reference architectures and implementation guidance.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevSecOps, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience authoring and maintaining centralized, reusable GitHub Actions (Composite Actions, Reusable Workflows).
• Understanding of Semantic Versioning for GitHub Actions and securing pipeline-to-AWS authentication using OIDC.
• Strong experience with AWS services across compute, networking, security, and serverless architectures.
• Advanced expertise in Terraform and reusable infrastructure-as-code design.
• Strong scripting/software engineering in Python or Golang.
• Experience designing secure enterprise CI/CD pipelines and applying security-by-design and least-privilege principles.

• Location: India - Chennai.
• In-office expectation: minimum of three days per week from the office.
