Senior Cloud Engineer - DevOps & DevSecOps

Overview

Senior Cloud Engineer for DevOps and DevSecOps, building and operating cloud workloads on Azure and GCP for a cloud portal.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules.
• Build and operate scalable, secure Azure and GCP environments.
• Implement secure CI/CD with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, including deployment strategies.
• Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into pipelines.
• Contribute to portal application code (modern JS/TS frontend and REST API endpoints) when needed.
• Set up monitoring and reliability practices using SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering.
• Expertise in Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP cloud architecture and automation.
• Hands-on Terraform and Kubernetes, including reusable module design.
• CI/CD tooling experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Application-level comfort with portal-style web apps (modern JS/TS frontend plus REST backend).
• Daily AI-first development fluency using AI coding assistants and reviewing outputs for correctness and security.

Details

• Works Monday–Friday, covering US Eastern Time (India shift typically 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST adjusted for US daylight saving time).
