Overview
PLC / Electrical Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment availability through preventive maintenance, standards, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Create and update maintenance work instructions using e-WorkStation & PM+.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans and keep standard times up to date in PM+.
- Train and coach production teams on applying preventive maintenance tasks.
- Lead action plans to improve Maintenance KPIs (TRP, breakdown %, micro stoppages & technical slowdowns, MTTR, MTBF).
- Support electrical/mechanical troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment malfunctions.
- Pilot PDCA / FTA and Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Participate in SAP PM+ implementation and promote added-value use of PM+.
What you'll need
- Own OJT and ensure proper maintenance records are maintained.
- Work with maintenance standards for equipment availability and spare parts supply/inventory.
- Follow Health & Safety requirements and support EHS activities.
- Contribute to workshops/meetings including Maintenance QRQC & Weekly TPM/TRP progress meetings.
- Participate in installation/commissioning of new manufacturing equipment per IProM, including safety validation.
- Develop and maintain debug/troubleshooting knowledge, including safety requirements.
