Engineer / Sr. Engineer - PCL & Electrical Maintenance

Overview

Responsible for creating and managing preventive maintenance standards and work instructions for PCL & electrical maintenance, while improving maintenance KPIs and equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Create and update maintenance work instructions for the maintenance perimeter.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times in PM+.
• Train production teams on applying preventive maintenance tasks.
• Lead continuous improvement actions to improve maintenance KPIs and equipment availability.
• Support troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment from electrical or mechanical perspectives.
• Participate in safeguarding health & safety directives within the role scope.
• Support SAP PM+ implementation and act for added-value use of PM+.

What you'll need

• Experience maintaining and updating maintenance work instructions (e-WorkStation & PM+ are mentioned).
• Ability to prepare preventive maintenance plans and standard times in PM+.
• Capability to train and coach production teams.
• Experience working with maintenance KPIs such as TRP, breakdown %, micro stoppages, MTTR, and MTBF.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting for malfunctioning manufacturing equipment (electrical and mechanical).
• Experience with preventive maintenance processes including OJT on standards implemented.
