PLS - Veeva / CRM Specialist - Senior Associate

Overview

Support client-facing data and analytics engineering work within the Data Science practice, helping shape CRM solutions that turn raw data into usable insights for decision-making, as a Veeva / CRM Specialist at Senior Associate level.

What you'll do

• Analyze client data and business requirements to support Veeva CRM and related analytics workstreams
• Develop data models, workflows, and technical solutions that translate business needs into actionable insights
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques to identify patterns and inform recommendations
• Create and maintain data pipelines, quality checks, and reporting outputs for client delivery
• Collaborate across client teams to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and advance project milestones
• Interpret complex data sets and synthesize findings into clear visualizations and presentations
• Support exploratory analysis and troubleshooting across data science workflows and digital tools
• Mentor junior team members and review assigned deliverables for accuracy and consistency

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering
