Portfolio - Analyst

Overview

The Analyst supports client implementation and delivery by resolving participant-level issues and executing client-specific processes accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with service standards and contributing to continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Resolve Tier 2 participant issues and manage participant logs.
• Execute client-specific processes (premium remittance, open enrollment, carrier/vendor processing).
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in workflow tools.
• Create and execute test plans for new client implementations, open enrollment changes and product upgrades.
• Monitor SLA adherence and identify areas for improvement.
• Support audits, renewals, and special projects as needed.
• Work with Lead Analysts and Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery and client health.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and assist in remediation plans.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in Benefits Administration or related operations role.
• Familiarity with benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workflow tools.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
• Key skills: Quality Audit, Technical Writing, Data Lifecycle, Benefits Administration, Carrier Connectivity & EDI Standards, Health and Benefits Plans, Open Enrollment Lifecycle & Communications, Learning Agility, Collaboration and Teamwork.
