Post-Silicon Validation — FPGA

Overview

Post-silicon validation role focused on FPGA/silicon design bring-up and end-to-end test and debug execution.

What you'll do

• Lead design bring-up on FPGA/silicon.
• Own validation for PVT and non-PVT coverage including functional and system aspects.
• Define, maintain, and scale test suites including automation and overnight runs.
• Architect and deliver design/test automation in Python, Tcl, and C.
• Root-cause validation failures using RTL and on-chip debug across HW, timing, firmware, and board.
• Set test plans, coverage expectations, and validation exit criteria; run required milestone reviews and escalations.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years’ experience in post-silicon/FPGA/HW validation or protocol bring-up.
• Hands-on PVT planning, execution, and fail analysis.
• Automation experience in Python, Tcl, and C.
• Experience in VSIP development for design/test automation and validation enablement.
• Solid debug skills across HW, firmware, and board using JTAG/on-chip debug and scopes/analyzers.
• RTL debug ability with Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL.
• Experience with FPGA tool and lab proficiency for debug and protocol tools as applicable.
