Power Systems Engineer

Overview

Power Systems Engineer role working on complex power engineering projects for global clients in a remote/hybrid model.

What you'll do

• Provide technical input and leadership on complex projects.
• Work with clients to translate technical/business requirements into engineering solutions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timeframes, and budget requirements.
• Conduct in-depth power systems analysis using industry methodologies and software tools.
• Prepare and present technical reports with clear recommendations.
• Attend client meetings remotely and manage expectations via communication.
• Track and report project performance and client satisfaction.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in power systems engineering.
• Proficiency in power system studies such as short circuit, protection coordination, and arc flash analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of tools including SKM, EasyPower, ETAP or similar.
• Experience with protection system design, settings development, and coordination studies.
• Experience with electrical calculations and designs aligned with IEC and ANSI standards.
• Ability to communicate in English and present technical concepts to varied audiences.
