What you'll do

• Orchestrate complex multi-LLM workflows for AI-native coding and code verification.
• Develop ecosystem-wide solutions while managing technical debt.

• Ensure AI-generated solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and refine the SDD framework.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in solution delivery and technical leadership; Bachelor’s in a computer-related field.
• Advanced mastery of GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, SDD, and AI-driven debugging.
• Expert knowledge of .NET 6+ with C#.
• Expertise in SQL and advanced Git experience.
• Long-time experience (unit testing).
• Expertise in RESTful web services.
• Advanced knowledge in messaging & queuing and a front-end framework such as React.

• Pay range: CAD 143,000–164,100.
