Overview

PR & Partnerships Manager, Marketing to develop strategic communication and partnership marketing plans for LEGO in India.

What you'll do

• Develop strategic communication and partnership marketing strategy to deliver positive business impacts.
• Lead building a sustainable communication ecosystem across owned and earned media.
• Create communication plans to increase LEGO’s SOV among target audiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders.
• Develop and present business recommendations to leadership as needed.
• Track and analyze performance versus plan and make real-time adjustments.

What you'll need

• 6-8 years of experience in consumer brand marketing, ideally for kids/family products.
• Strong understanding of “Audience First/Digital First” approaches.
• Experience developing holistic marketing communications plans in collaborations.
• Proven success planning and executing PR and partnership marketing strategy (including events).
• Experience with decision-making, analytics, and time management.
• Effective relationship-building and negotiation skills across functions and business units.
