Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Overview

Support the sales team and partners as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, guiding technical solution activities throughout the sales cycle and into post-sale transition.

What you'll do

• Provide technical sales support to sales teams and partners.
• Identify and document customer business and technical requirements.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Lead solution demonstrations for customers and partners.
• Develop joint solutions and bids with strategic partners.
• Lead consultative workshops that demonstrate business value.
• Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sale implementation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years in pre-sales.
• Technical experience with data center infrastructure, especially storage.
• Understanding of object storage technologies.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate software capabilities against customer requirements.
• Strong writing and quantitative skills for proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases and application integration.
• Experience conducting demonstrations.
