Principal Analyst - AI Portfolio / AI Program

Overview

Principal Analyst (AI Portfolio / AI Program) is a hybrid role responsible for end-to-end ownership of AI use cases—from intake through production—with governance in a banking environment.

What you'll do

• Own and drive an AI use case portfolio for a dedicated business domain from intake through production.
• Design and deliver AI/GenAI solutions, including model development, validation, and performance monitoring.
• Act as an embedded AI lead in delivery pods, either contributing directly or managing offshore data science resources.
• Define a value measurement framework, quantify ROI, and track realized vs. projected value.
• Ensure AI solutions meet governance standards by embedding controls and guardrails and partnering with risk stakeholders.
• Redesign business processes using AI/GenAI and advanced analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in data management, information technology, financial services, enterprise risk management, or related disciplines.
• Leadership in AI/advanced analytics delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience structuring vague, open-ended problem statements into well-formed AI solutions.
