Principal Business Integration Analyst(SAP QM)

Overview

Principal Business Integration Analyst (SAP QM) designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions for global manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA QM implementations from design through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP QM solutions for quality planning, inspection, and control.
• Configure and customize SAP QM functionalities within SAP S/4HANA to meet business needs.
• Integrate SAP QM with modules including MM, PP, SD, PM, IM/EWM, and FICO.
• Run workshops to gather requirements and recommend quality management best practices.
• Support testing (including UAT), training, stabilization, and troubleshoot QM process issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to business users and project teams through the implementation lifecycle.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM), with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP QM processes.
• Minimum of 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of quality planning, quality inspection, and quality control processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration and SAP Fiori applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
