Overview
Lead the technical design, delivery, integration, and operation of AI-enabled sourcing and procurement capabilities. Own the capability lifecycle while ensuring scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned with business and enterprise requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead technical design and delivery of AI-enabled sourcing and procurement capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions across design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Provide technical leadership to internal engineering teams and external delivery partners.
- Design and support AI- and agent-based workflows with context-driven decision paths.
- Design and maintain application code, integrations, APIs, workflows, and technical components.
- Manage maintenance, defect resolution, environment management, and operational stability.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance issues, and scalability considerations.
What you'll need
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an AI environment.
- Strong Python, API and integration, cloud architecture, and application architecture skills.
- Experience with LLM, RAG, agentic AI, or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Experience owning enterprise applications through build, deployment, and ongoing operation.
- Experience troubleshooting application code, integrations, workflows, data, and AI behavior.
- Experience overseeing engineering teams and external delivery partners.
