Principal Engineer (.Net +Angular)

Overview

Principal Software Engineer for building and owning end-to-end web application development on the Microsoft stack. The role works in a hybrid setup and reports to an Engineering Manager.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end web applications using the Microsoft stack.
• Integrate browser-based applications with existing services.
• Deliver customer-focused solutions by understanding business requirements.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and advocate FURPS (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, Supportability).
• Build, develop, mentor, and coach developers technically.
• Own code quality, unit test coverage, and technical documentation.
• Design and work with n-tier architectures and apply design patterns for module/class interfaces.

What you'll need

• 7–12 years of experience.
• Experience building web applications using .NET, .NET Core (5/6/7), C#, and ASP.NET (Core/MVC/WebAPI).
• Angular 7+ experience.
• Experience with Cosmos DB and other listed Azure/DevOps components (e.g., Azure Functions/Monitor/DevOps, CI/CD, Event-Driven architectures, Microservices).
• UI testing and unit testing experience (MS Test/Jasmine/MOQ/NUnit/Karma).
• Working knowledge of Authentication and Authorization, including OAuth2/OpenID Connect (5+).
• Education: MCA or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
