Principal Engineer - Rotating

Overview

Principal Engineer - Rotating serving as the discipline lead for engineering proposals and projects. The role delivers safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient engineering solutions within contractual, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead rotating engineering activities for proposals and projects.
• Develop and implement engineering practices, workflows, procedures, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor project workflow, KPIs, benchmarks, efficiency figures, and engineering deliverables.
• Ensure discipline compliance, quality, man-hours, schedules, safety requirements, and lessons learned during execution.
• Manage technical procurement activities and review or approve applicable vendor documents.
• Perform MHRS calculations using the discipline calculation tool.
• Train designers, engineers, and senior engineers in the technical discipline.

What you'll need

• 12–15 years of experience for degree holders.
• Experience in EPC or detail design engineering companies.
• Experience executing projects in Oil & Gas, Energy, Refining, or Petrochemicals.
• MTech, ME, BTech, BE, Diploma, or AMIE in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to promote safety and analyze information, data, arguments, and assumptions.
