Overview

Principal Landscape Architect for Landscape Design/Public Realm projects, supporting end-to-end delivery from design through construction.

What you'll do

• Deliver Landscape Design/Public Realm projects for private or public sectors.
• Handle design, tender, and construction process familiarity.
• Produce design detailing and construction techniques for deliverables.
• Draft technical reports and contractual documents with minimum guidance.
• Work to a project program and advise the team on issues affecting efficient completion.
• Check team members’ work to ensure deliverable quality aligns with standards and client expectations.

What you'll need

• Between 9 and 14 years of experience in Landscape.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SketchUp, and Rhino.
• Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
• International experience in the UK, Middle East, or APAC is considered an added advantage.
• Advanced experience in BIM-related software for Landscape Design/Infrastructure works is considered an added advantage.
• Masters degree in Landscape Architecture is an added advantage.
