Principal Revenue & Finance System Architect

Overview

Principal Architect for Revenue Management and Workday Financials, designing scalable solutions using Zuora for global revenue and billing operations.

What you'll do

• Architect a Revenue Management ecosystem at global scale using Zuora.
• Design and optimize Order-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition technology.
• Lead Zuora module configuration, optimization, and scaling, including integrations.
• Translate complex requirements into technical specifications with Finance and revenue stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex billing and revenue data issues.
• Ensure seamless data flow between CRM platforms, Zuora, and financial ERP systems.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise engagements focused on Zuora Revenue and automated revenue management.
• Subject matter expertise in Revenue Recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and subscription-based financial models.
• Experience working in Agile methodology and using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving for complex global business questions.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical architecture and finance stakeholders.

• Work location flexibility includes at least 50% of time in the office or in the field each quarter.
