Q2C Associate

Overview

Q2C Associate in a dynamic Finance function, delivering operational finance specialist services focused on end-to-end Quote-to-Cash activities. The role reports to the Q2C Tower Lead and works with internal and external stakeholders to meet performance and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end Job Management activities.
• Handle billing and cash allocation processes.
• Apply and follow the Group Quote to Cash policy.
• Liaise with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure workflows are performed in line with performance and quality standards.

What you'll need

• Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a senior accountant or equivalent role.
• Minimum 3-5 years recent experience with Job Accounting.
• Familiarity with straight-line revenue recognition (at Kantar).
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, advanced Excel (Adv Excel), and PowerPoint.
• Validated ability to follow policies and procedures efficiently.
• English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus.

• Knowledge of key business process technologies, including ERP systems.
• Background in management of a financial operations or reporting environment.
• Ability to work independently under stress and pressure, and be target/result driven.
• Experience in working in large teams and on transformation/change programs.
• Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end.
