Principal Salesforce Consultant | RCA

Overview

You’ll serve as a Principal Salesforce Consultant specializing in Agentforce Revenue Management, leading solution delivery for complex Salesforce enterprise implementations.

What you'll do

• Lead solution design and build scalable Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) architectures.
• Run high-level planning and prioritization sessions on platform changes and ROI.
• Act as the primary sales-facing expert for strategic RevOps and technical RCA inquiries.
• Create change management plans including training, enablement, communication, and rollout.
• Drive stakeholder escalations, manage scope clarity with Delivery Leadership, and resolve issues.
• Design end-to-end solutions covering RCA, Billing, Contract Management, and declarative automations.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• 2+ years focused on Revenue Cloud (RCA) implementations.
• Expert-level knowledge of declarative automation, reporting, and customization.
• Proven experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ/RCA/RLM) is highly preferred.
• Required Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant and CPQ Specialist.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and revenue recognition/accounting for recurring revenue models.
