Overview

Senior Associate Consultant focused on hands-on Salesforce configuration and integration for Legal Technology implementations and client onboarding.

What you'll do

• Implement, configure, and support Salesforce and other legal-focused software solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand business processes and recommend configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in coordination with technical teams.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders for alignment.
• Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and customers for user needs and product improvements.
• Create documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases.
• Manage multiple priorities across implementation or support lifecycles.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and integration development.
• Salesforce configuration and integration development experience.
• Experience working on software implementation and client onboarding.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Willingness to learn new legal technology platforms for implementation projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
