Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Overview

Senior Salesforce Administrator role focused on optimizing and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to support Sales and Customer Success.

What you'll do

• Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Salesforce changes.
• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, and validation rules.
• Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and Salesforce security settings.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and integration tools.
• Monitor Salesforce performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user technical support.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience focused on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
• Salesforce configuration, customization, automation, and administration experience (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, security).
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SOQL queries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

• Location: Mumbai.
• Working conditions: standard office setting; limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or meetings.
• Work mode: hybrid work environment with four days in-office each week in most locations.
