Senior Salesforce Administrator

Overview

Senior Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary administrator for Energy Exemplar’s Salesforce environment and ensure it meets current and future needs.

What you'll do

• Act as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 100+ users.
• Maintain user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules as needed.
• Manage change control and perform internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Analyze unused fields, objects, and reports and recommend items to remove.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and extract insights from data.
• Manage data feeds and integrations (e.g., Netsuite, Hubspot, Docusign and other finance tools).
• Develop custom objects/reports and design security models, page layouts, and automation.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator with admin proficiency and solution creation.
• Ability to gather requirements by drilling down to determine real requirements.
• Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud, Support Cloud, Community Cloud, and Knowledge.
• Certification: Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201 and ADM 211).
• Experience with Lightning and Classic as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with business requirements gathering, report and dashboard building in Salesforce, including Enterprise and Einstein.
• Capability in sandbox development and deployment into production, including UAT and training.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluent English.
