Senior Salesforce Developer - CPQ

Overview

Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce CPQ) to build and maintain Motive’s Quote-to-Cash (QTC) systems and integrations.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Quote-to-Cash technical solutions across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, Vertex, and n8n/MuleSoft.
• Configure and customize Salesforce components including Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Build and maintain SOAP/REST API and middleware integrations between Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and third-party systems.
• Drive integration health with proactive monitoring, alerting, and SOPs.
• Partner with Product, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile, sprint-based environment to deliver enhancements.
• Deliver applications and support within a SOX compliance control environment with rigorous change management.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of Salesforce configuration/customization experience (Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, LWC, SOQL/SOSL).
• Deep Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash experience covering quoting, order processing, fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience including quoting, pricing rules, order generation, and approval workflows.
• Integration experience using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware (n8n, MuleSoft) to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Understanding of billing/revenue recognition concepts including ASC 606, deferred revenue, and AR reconciliation.
• Experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue (RevPro) and/or NetSuite ERP (GL, journal entries, AR reconciliation).
• Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tool experience (Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit) in a source-controlled environment.
