Principal Silicon Verification Engineer - Bengaluru

Overview

Principal Silicon Verification Engineer in the Silicon verification team, responsible for verification activities to support quality silicon delivery.

What you'll do

• Drive verification activities within the verification team.
• Ensure good communication between sites.
• Handle verification planning, specification, and functional coverage closure.
• Provide feedback to architects.
• Perform test generation and failure diagnosis/triage.
• Contribute to shared verification infrastructure.

What you'll need

• Have verification experience in a relevant industry.
• Demonstrate proven leadership and planning skills.
• Be motivated, a self-starter, and a team player.
• Work across teams and programming languages to find root causes of complex issues.
• Research and solve complex problems.
• Use independent judgment to develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Have verification process experience in CPU and/or ASIC environments.
• Be skilled with SystemVerilog, Python, C++, and Linux.

Nice to have

• Experience with UVM.
• Experience with SVA.
• Experience with assembly languages.
• Experience with LLVM and/or GCC.
• Experience with DVCS such as Git.
• Experience with SGE or other DRMS.
• Experience with XML and XPath/XSLT.
• Web programming skills: HTML/DOM, JavaScript, and SQL.
