Principal Software Architect

Overview

Lead architectural foundations for Konovo’s AI-enabled healthcare intelligence platform ecosystem in a hybrid Bengaluru team, aligning decisions with platform strategy and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead platform modernization initiatives including API-first architectures, event-driven systems, cloud optimization, and technical debt reduction.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience including software architecture and technical leadership.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale SaaS platforms and distributed systems.
• Experience providing technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and products simultaneously.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, microservices, DDD, event-driven architecture, and API-first platform design.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native SaaS platforms including scalability, reliability, observability, and security-by-design.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and modern platform engineering practices.
