Principal Software Developer

Overview

Lead a software development team delivering scalable software solutions for industrial automation and IoT applications. Provide technical direction while contributing to backend development, architecture, testing, and agile delivery.

What you'll do

• Write backend services using C/C++ and/or Lua.
• Scope and estimate development and testing work for user stories.
• Perform automated testing in an iterative agile environment.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in pair programming.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Own assigned development tasks and deliver them on time.
• Guide engineers, coordinate cross-functional work, and align technical decisions with business goals.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related software engineering discipline.
• 8–12 years of software development experience.
• Fluency in C++.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming.
• Knowledge of operating system design and application software development.
• Familiarity with networks, databases, servers, application protocols, and information security.
• Fluent English communication skills.
