Principal Stat Programmer(SDTM, ADaM, TLF)

Overview

Principal Stat Programmer developing and validating statistical programming outputs for clinical studies, serving as lead statistical programmer and providing CDISC/industry standards expertise.

What you'll do

• Use SAS (or other software) to develop code for summary tables, data listings, graphs, and derived datasets.
• Ensure outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Perform validation programming and resolve discrepancies with project team members.
• Maintain complete project documentation for testing/verification and inspection readiness.
• Manage scheduling and adapt workload across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead statistical programming activities and direct other programming personnel.
• Provide CDISC (e.g., SDTM, ADaM) guidance and compliance reviews, including Define.xml.

What you'll need

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in statistical programming and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SAS, R, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
