Privacy Support Analyst

Overview

Privacy Support Analyst supporting fulfillment and Executive Privacy workflows to ensure customers receive the right products and data removals at the right time.

What you'll do

• Monitor end-to-end order, entitlement, and fulfillment workflows for on-time, accurate delivery.
• Execute Executive Privacy removal strategies with monitoring, auditing, and quality checks.
• Remove personal data from online sources using a task queue aligned to turnaround times and fulfillment SLAs.
• Triage and resolve fulfillment and removal defects by coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Validate fulfillment/removal flows, test cases, and data mappings for new releases and launches.
• Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and runbooks for standard scenarios and edge cases.

What you'll need

• Experience in operations/fulfillment/order management or privacy/removal services in SaaS, e-commerce, or subscriptions.
• Proficiency with internet browsers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using AI/automation tools (e.g., AI assistants and AI features in spreadsheets/BI tools) with human review.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using Excel/Sheets and/or BI tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of tasks with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow/Jira, and contact center platforms.
