Overview

Operations Management Intern to help run an operational engine by analyzing workflows, coordinating logistics, and managing high-volume operational data.

What you'll do

• Break down operational workflows to find automation or optimization opportunities.
• Manage and audit large-scale datasets in Excel for accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Oversee the lifecycle of operational tasks to meet technical requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams and field operations.
• Troubleshoot real-time operational issues using a logical approach.

What you'll need

• Be a B.E. / B.Tech graduate (all streams welcome), batch of 2025 or 2026.
• Have proven leadership or operations experience in a core leadership/operations role for a College Fest.
• Be expert-level in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data modeling, and pivot tables).
• Demonstrate systems thinking about how parts of a process impact the whole.
