Process Associate- Banking Operations

Overview

Support Disputes, Customer Services and Centralized Fulfilment processes for the bank's operations, including debit card dispute investigation, account maintenance and fulfilment activities.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve Regulation E disputes for the bank's debit card products.
• Process account information and account maintenance requests originating at other bank segments (Branches, Customer Care Centre, Treasury Management, etc.).
• Update customer titles and account maintenance, receive W9 and W-8NRA forms, and apply tax certification codes.
• Comb duplicate customer records.
• Index signature cards for DDA/SAV accounts.
• Process Certificate of Deposits (CDs).
• Update credit card demographics.
• Process decedent cases (date of death balance requests and PA inheritance tax filing).
• Make 1098/1099 interest corrections.
• Research duplicates and disputes, handle statement requests and Reg D inquiries.
• Process fulfilment and returned mail transactions from queues in accordance with bank-owned Standard Operating Procedures, within the systems and workflow tools designated by the bank.

Details

• Full-time position.
• Shift timing 5:30pm to 2:30am, with two days off per week.
