Process Engineer

Overview

Process Engineer designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies.

What you'll do

• Design, collect, analyze, and compile reports on difficult process engineering experiments.
• Design and execute DOEs to study process interactions with hardware and process variables.
• Perform hardware characterization, measure film properties, and interpret data.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using root cause analysis and resolve process engineering problems.
• Generate internal documentation including products, presentations, and technical reports.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues or concerns.

What you'll need

• Have a master’s degree in Materials Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Have 4-7 years of related experience.
• Demonstrate conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Have good understanding of semiconductor process flow.
• Have good understanding of semiconductor process areas (preferably EPI, CVD, RTP, PVD).
