Process Expert, Operations

Overview

Manage day-to-day Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with established processes and standards, while leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving process improvements.

What you'll do

• Manage daily EMR operations and ensure delivery of agreed operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to achieve operational targets.
• Handle and resolve vendor and Local EMR queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational activities related to container maintenance and repair processes.
• Support business continuity through effective workload management and resource planning.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, depots, and LOC stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process alignment and operational excellence.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
• Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Support management reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of upstream and downstream operational processes.
• Make informed decisions based on the end-to-end operational impact.
• Drive standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review operational processes from a control and compliance perspective and implement appropriate controls.
• Ensure adherence to EMR policies, equipment repair procedures, and industry standards.
• Support special projects, audits, and ad hoc operational activities as required.
• Contribute to business transformation and automation initiatives.
