Process Quality Engineer

Overview

Process Quality Engineer role focused on improving process efficiency, reducing defects, ensuring product reliability, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving continuous quality improvement across HVAC operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain the highest level of quality through patrol quality.
• Execute the daily quality checklist to ensure all processes are in place.
• Audit processes to ensure correct data capture at each Quality Gate.
• Manage the non-conforming material process.
• Compile process quality data and MIS.
• Follow QAPs and certify processes.
• Solve problems for defects identified on assembly lines and monitor them; drive Q circles.
• Lead process improvement projects that result in quality product.
• Issue test certificates to customers as required.

What you'll need

• BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electronic engineering.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in process quality in chiller products.
