Overview
Lead process excellence and digital transformation initiatives across Global Supply Chain. The role oversees process management, governance, automation, process intelligence, and digital enablement to improve operational effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Own Global Supply Chain process management strategy, governance, standards, and operating models.
- Manage enterprise process architectures, models, and lifecycle controls using BPM methodologies.
- Deliver and drive adoption of digital and process transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, process intelligence, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Build digital enablement capabilities, learning resources, and adoption programs.
- Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability building.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple functions, geographies, and time zones.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business process management, supply chain operations, digital transformation, continuous improvement, or related disciplines.
- Expertise in process modeling, governance design, operating models, business analysis, solution design, and value realization.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and enterprise process management platforms such as ADONIS, ARIS, or Signavio.
- Experience establishing process governance frameworks, standards, controls, and lifecycle practices.
- Experience leading change, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and large-scale transformation.
- Strong digital, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical experience.
- Familiarity with process intelligence, process mining, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Design Thinking.
