Procure to Pay Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling invoice processing and payment operations as part of the procure-to-pay cycle.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Make payments using checks, wire, SWIFT, direct debits and other methods as part of the invoice processing cycle.
• Execute manual payments and automated payment runs.
• Run potential duplicate payments reports and take appropriate action.
• Execute payment-related controls.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming invoices, match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate the payment process.
• Analyze and solve lower complexity problems.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team on a focused scope of work.
• Work in rotational shifts.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Skill in invoice processing.
• Skill in payment processing operations.
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Good understanding of vendor payments and Travel and Expense (T&E).
• Well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in day-to-day business.

Nice to have

• Systems knowledge.
• Exposure to Yardi ERP.
• Industry experience.
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
