Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling end-to-end procure to pay activities, invoice processing and reconciliation of transactions.

What you'll do

• Analyze operational data and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Handle accounts payable processes, invoice processing, purchase orders and invoice matching.
• Execute vendor and Travel and Expense payments, payment runs and controls, ensuring compliance, accurate processing, vendor management and taxation requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming invoices, match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate the payment process.
• Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
