Sr. Specialist - F&A - AP 4C

Overview

Lead a large Accounts Payable team within the Record to Report (F&A) function, owning day-to-day operations, SLA performance and team development.

What you'll do

• Lead a large Accounts Payable team.
• Ensure baseline values adherence for all Service Level Agreements (KPI and CPI).
• Review the team's day-to-day activities, including invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process.
• Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines.
• Harmonize with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process.
• Be a people manager involved in hiring, structured learning paths and operations mentoring for the team.
• Participate and lead governance calls with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in and own projects and drive outcomes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Accounts Payable Certification, Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
