Overview

Order to Cash Operations Senior Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, responsible for determining financial outcomes through operational data reporting, analysis and transaction reconciliation across the order-to-cash cycle.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis, reconciling transactions to support financial outcomes.
• Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, and apply unapplied cash.
• Reconcile suspense accounts and manage transactions from receipt through completion.
• Create and issue customer invoices, review debit notes, and support invoicing activities.
• Identify process gaps in the order-to-cash cycle.
• Coordinate with sales teams to investigate debit notes and address unrecognized revenue issues.
• Work across the end-to-end process from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Billing processing.
• Sales order to delivery and invoicing.
• Cash application processing.
• A strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections, order management, order processing, order fulfillment, journal entries, and revenue recognition.
• Process transformation and project management.
