Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling end-to-end procure to pay activities, invoice processing and payment operations.

What you'll do

• Support Finance Operations by analyzing operational data and reconciling transactions.
• Handle accounts payable processes, invoice processing, purchase orders and invoice matching.
• Execute vendor and Travel and Expense payments, payment runs and controls while ensuring compliance, accurate processing, vendor management and taxation requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts before initiating payment.
• Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
