Procure to Pay Operations Associate

Overview

Work in the Finance Operations vertical as a Procure to Pay Operations Associate, helping determine financial outcomes through operational data collection, analysis and transaction reconciliation. Support accounts payable activities, procurement and financial processes from requisitioning through payment.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Boost vendor compliance, reduce savings erosion and improve discount capture using preferred suppliers.
• Confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
• Manage the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Design, implement, manage and support accounts payable activities using relevant processes, policies and applications.
• Process billing and invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage purchase orders and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team and a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• BCom qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Account Reconciliations - P1.

• Location: Gurugram.
• The role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Expected interactions are within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
