Specialist Lease Management

Overview

Specialist Lease Management role focused on end-to-end lease administration, renewals, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

What you'll do

• Support new lease and renewal documentation with the CNX Legal team.
• Coordinate due diligence and compliance document collection with Compliance and landlords.
• Manage lease renewals by initiating discussions and ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate lease registration by arranging documentation and tracking registered deeds.
• Handle invoice processing and PO management for lease-related invoices and charges.
• Maintain lease records and document control in databases and trackers.
• Act as primary point of contact for landlords and manage escalations.

• 3+ years of experience in lease administration.
• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally.
