Specialist - Abstraction

Overview

Specialist - Abstraction in Lease Administration, supporting Gurugram-based clients. You independently abstract critical lease information, verify accuracy, and manage lease documentation in internal systems.

What you'll do

• Liaise with internal parties to obtain appropriate lease documentation.
• Abstract key information from leases and other contract documentation.
• Enter lease document details into a Master Document Control Log / Document Trackers.
• Perform sanity checks, cross-checks, and verify abstracts and system data.
• Review system reports and system data for accuracy and completeness.
• Match and review lease documents to support abstraction completeness.
• Prepare area/cost-schedule/events variance reports for validation projects.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of experience in office and retail leases mainly.
• Lease abstraction expertise.
• Experience using a property management/lease administration system for global clients.
• Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to maintain accurate data and prioritize within tight deadlines.
