Key Account Operational Excellence Associate

Overview

Key Account Operational Excellence Associate acting as the primary contact for GxP topics and supporting investigation/effectiveness activities for a dedicated key account.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary point of contact for the key account on GxP matters globally.
• Manage follow-ups through scheduled recurrent client meetings on open GxP topics.
• Write structured investigations using data collection, interviews, and analysis to find root causes.
• Review investigations within the key account scope tied to assigned work.
• Coordinate with functional areas to define preventive and corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Track and maintain compliance for investigation tasks globally and run effectiveness checks when needed.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical writing, customer experience, or quality assurance role.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in technical writing and operational excellence.
• Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex subjects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong typing/computer skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high workload environment and balance multiple projects.
