Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, focused on invoice processing and end-to-end procurement and financial process support.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
• Manage the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner, including billing, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and two-way and three-way matching.
• Handle incoming invoices by verifying accuracy, matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.
• Use automated systems and software to streamline the invoice processing workflow.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines, working as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Invoice Processing (P3).

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• You will receive detailed to moderate level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
