Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate supporting Finance Operations, handling invoice processing and payment execution for the Payment Processing Operations team.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Make payments using checks, wire, SWIFT, direct debits and similar methods as part of the invoice processing cycle.
• Execute manual payments and automated payment runs, run potential duplicate payments reports and take appropriate action.
• Execute payment-related controls.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming invoices, match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate the payment process.
• Handle disputes and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Manage your deliverables and help the team with its workload when required.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Invoice processing operations skills.
• Finance processes knowledge.
• Understanding of vendor payments and Travel and Expense (T&E).
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in day-to-day business.

Nice to have

• Systems knowledge.
• Exposure to Yardi ERP.
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
